As a tribute to the Napa Valley, we have adorned our label with the Napa Valley Bale Grist Mill; one of two remaining water-driven mills west of the Mississippi. In the spirit of the Mill as a community social hub, we have developed our Pale Ale to ubiquitously represent Northern California. The light golden color and striking white head are just the first impression of this specially brewed Pale Ale. Having relied on the rich and complex charters of the malted barleys, coupled with the bitterness and aromatics that only Cascade hops can provide, we have produced a beer which is beautifully clear, crisp, subdued in bitterness, with a hop forward aroma and balanced malt finish.
