The Duke is a full bodied English Extra Special Bitter, with light aromas of sweet malt and fruity hops. Distinguishable malt characteristics of toffee and brown sugar are decadently enhanced by a mouth coating creaminess. This creaminess results from the nitrogen conditioning and pouring process. The beer perfectly transitions to a sufficient bitterness that lingers pleasantly into the finish.
