PB & Banana Wheat has attractive aromas of sweet creamy peanut butter and banana, which blend pleasantly with the light  esters of the Weihenstephan yeast strain. Plentiful flavors of toasted peanuts and sweet banana form the basis of this light bodied, but strong ale. PB & Banana Wheat has a rich lingering sweetness that gives off a mild breadiness. The finish is dry on the palate.
