Melt My Brain is an experimental Golden Ale brewed with coriander, juniper berries, limes and blended with tonic water to create the tasting experience of drinking a gin and tonic cocktail. Delicate aromas of citrus and pine flow into bold bright flavors of sweet lime with a slightly sticky bitterness. Refreshing and clean, a tasty tonic effervescence provokes the palate for more. Melt My Brain was awarded a silver medal in the Experimental Beer category at the 2015 Great American Beer Festival.

This is supposed to taste like a gin & tonic. I don't care for gin, but we'll see how this goes.
Lime and a faint gin aroma. Maybe some of the coriander as well. Taste is just as I expected. Very reminiscent of a gin & tonic. It's actually not bad. Maybe I've never had a properly mixed gin & tonic, but if they all tasted like this, I'd probably have one on occasion. Not sure I'd buy it again, but it's definitely better than I expected. Lighter body with lower-medium carbonation and quite refreshing. 3.5/5

Aa little too much lime but it drinks really smooth. Great with food.
