Fearless in French is a reddish brown Biere de Garde with enjoyable tart green apple and subtle nutmeg aromas. These aromas derive from the French Saison yeast used in the brewing process.  The mellow malt sweetness mixes with continued fruity and spicy flavors to create some unique vinous qualities. A slight bitterness, along with a welcomed dryness, makes for a gratifying and not too filling finish.
