A high gravity wee heavy, the strongest category of the Scottish ales. The combination of bready and nutty flavors, with a slight roasty note from a complex grain bill. This brew finishes out dry and slightly hopped. It has a rich, caramel brown color, with a light cream colored head to top it off.
