1st day of the 11 days of Milkshake Stouts. I'm only doing 11 of the 12, due to one being brewed with peanuts (I'm allergic).
This is one that was also in last year's pack. Huge blueberry in the aroma, immediately followed by a pancake aroma. Taste has much of the same. Tastes like a blueberry pancake. The blueberry isn't as pronounced as it was in the aroma, which is good. I'll give this the same rating as last year...4/5

Smells just like blueberry pancakes. Taste is exactly the same. Spot on. It's not overly flavorful, but perfectly balanced. Aftertaste is exactly like I just at a blueberry pancake. Very good beer. Very much a dessert beer though. Not sure I'd have it often, but would enjoy it every time. 4/5
