Black Ice
4.1% Black IPA / Cascadian Dark Ale
Still deep in the grip of winter this sumptuous warming beer is sufficiently well hopped to provide balance, which can come in handy when there’s black ice around.

Interesting. Not sure what this is trying to be. It's a bit of a mix. There's hops as in an IPA but the dark roast gives it a stout or porter taste too. Not bad but probably wouldn't have it again.

Plenty of citrus hoppy dryness sets in after the initial dark roasted malt & hint of chocolate sweetness. You need to be a fan of very dry bitter beer to appreciate! They may have gone a bit overboard at Titanic with this one.

Fantastic black IPA. Tastes like a pale but has a great dark colour.

Flavours are a bit on the watery side, as is the appearance. Mellow stone fruit mingles with a non offensive dark mild. Nothing to get took excited about but a nice enough beer, nonetheless.
