A classic Saison; this ale is brewed with French malt, our house Saison yeast and a single hop variety, Crystal.  Dry, refreshing beverage with aromas of lime, lemon, clover and citrus flowers.  Expect the flavor to lean more toward apricot, peach and citrus zest, with a hint of bubble gum as it warms up.
