The SimcoeRillo IPA is an American-style India Pale Ale brewed with Simcoe and Amarillo hops, hence the name SimcoeRillo. The combination of the two hops offers a beautiful, piney aroma with hints of tropical flavors that come through at the finish.

Malty sweetness and a mix of citrusy and floral hops in the aroma. Taste has floral hops and a solid malt backbone. Quite tasty. 3.75/5
