Xalapa is our first specialty beer that will be offered at the tap house.  This delicious recipe combines the flavor of Opener - an American-style blonde ale - infused with fresh jalapeños.  The nose and flavor of Xalapa let you know that you're drinking a jalapeño beer, but the lack of intense spice makes this pepper beer unique and very sessionable.
