Equal parts malted wheat and barley, with a dash of raw oats, form the silky smooth mouthfeel that allows the Belgian yeast to express itself in waves of spicy phenolics and fruity esters. It's tart finish is further complimented by the traditional addition of exotic spices and orange peel to the boil.
