An Irish style red (Amber) beer. The Irish style is accomplished by using a true Irish yeast strain in fermentation. Light in finish but bold in taste. Melanoidin malt is added for the red color and the spicy finish comes through from the use of Chinook hops. Alcohol By Volume 4.5%.

Nice strong caramel aroma. Taste is the same with a bit of breadiness. A tad bit watery mouthfeel. A richer body would do this beer wonders. That's pretty much my only complaint. Would I drink this again? Yes. Would I go out of my way to track it down? No. There's definitely better in the style. 3.25/5
