We made this beer in collaboration with Mad Cap Coffee Company and it uses their phenomenal SIX ONE SIX blend to bring huge coffee aromatics to this foeder-fermented brew. It's rich and vibrant, but lighter in color than most coffee beers. It's also just a bit tart to lend to it's overall complexity.
