Brewed from malted barley, wheat, honey from the Hilbert's Honebees, rye and locally grown roasted beets- YES Roasted Beets! Some of these delicate and complex beets were grown right here on the brewery farm, the rest came from the Robbins family farm around the corner on Cass road and Sweeter Song Farm in Cedar. Enjoy this original Northern Michigan earthy classic while raking the leaves (you know you just have to get it done) or relaxing by the wood stove. This is the time of year to enjoy the harvest!
