Banks’s Amber Bitter at 3.4% ABV, made of goldings and fuggles, is one of the best bang-for-the-pound (literally) out there among single packs and for that bittery taste. What a staple and a primer to stock up and have at hand. Todella hyvä hinta/laatu viikottaiseen rotaatioon.

Quick drink on the way back home from the bus stop. Standard bitter aromas and taste, with slight hoppiness towards the finish. A good session ale that's very easy to drink and quaffable, especially considering the ABV.

It might be my memory but I'm sure this was called an amber ale previously. Either way, always a decent drink and always on offer (99p).
