The Organizers of the Hiawatha Music Festival asked us if we wanted to make a beer for the 2015 Fest. our answer was "heck yeah." This is an American Wheat dosed with loads of aroma hops. Full of Simcoe and Amarillo flavor and aromas with a minimal bitterness.
