We live in a world often dominated by lighter colored beer. Sometimes looks can be deceiving though, and Wild Ride puts that to the test by going incognito with a beer that is dark like the night, but drinks light in body. We use premium malted barley often used in our lighter-colored beers to create a clean body, and then lessen the bitterness and darken the color utilizing specific black and wheat malts. A moderate hop profile lends a view of citrus and berry commonly seen in the Pacific Northwest and Australia. Don't be fooled by the disguise, this black ale is both full-flavored and easy drinking. The beer's so dark, you gotta wear shades.
