Our Brewers hauled 60lbs of fresh sterling hops home from Crosby Hop Farm, and in the spirit of using fresh product brewed this batch of Fresh Hop Ale the same day. Sterling hops lend a very bright, floral character to a healthy malt backbone and dry finish. This extremely fresh hop character is only achieved once a year, thus one of our favorite brews!
