A rare beer with a history of over 1000 years. Originating in Goslar, Germany, this beer style marries a number of brewing traditions: Belgian, Bavarian and Berlin. It starts with a splash of fresh coriander in the beer, then is fermented with a Bavarian Weizenbier yeast strain, creating a lovely banana-fruity note, then finishes with a tart twang similar in nature to the sour beers produced in Berlin
