Each hop varietal is special.  In this series, the malts, malt schedule, yeast strain and pitching rates are all constants.  We add the same pounds of each hop varietal in the whirlpool, adjusting the IBU content by increasing or decreasing the kettle addition.  The result highlights the aromatic and flavor components of the hop we are focusing on.  Ask your server for the current selection.
