Abbot Reserve is a distinctive full bodied, smooth and mature beer bursting with fruit cake and toffee flavours. Bottles are available throughout the year however cask beer is only brewed during November and December. A perfect winter warmer.

Probably more a ‘winter beer’ than a drink for a hot May afternoon! But still a nice pint. Fruity and malty with toasted caramel flavours - plus a 6.5% bonus at Wetherspoon prices! 😜

Decent bitterness, nice clear white foam head, much more flavoursome than the standard abbot ale.

A long time since I last tasted this beer. The last time being on Draught. In this occasion it is the bottled version.
Full bodied and smooth drink. Toffee in the flavour and tasty.

Very malty. Good for one but not sure I’d want much more
