A traditional farmhouse saison or 'seasonal' style beer brewed for flavor and rich character. Four select yeast strains are used to brew this complex, fruity and aromatic beer. An abundant amount of whole cone fuggle and golding hops create a desirable balance with the barley malt, wheat and oats.

Few years back I was looking some info about how to brew farmhouse style/saison beers at home and everyone seemed to talk about Logsdon ales. Especially their Brettanomyces beers. And then I started looking for them but couldn't find them anywhere...until now!
Bottle. Best before: 8/2019
Temperature: +9 degrees
Yellow, almost clear Saison with large, white head that leaves laces at the glass when it finally goes down. Really beautiful looking Saison! 5/5
Nose: clean, strong spiciness with orange and citrus. Mild hay and tart aroma.. Refreshing and complex. Uh, ah, one of the best Saison for a very long time! I can tell that even though I've not taken a sip yet: 4,5/5
Mouthfeel is medium-light with high and "creamy" carbonation. Yeast also aids the smoothiness and creaminess in this one. Carbonation is mild but still there. Hmmm, Saison indeed: 4,75/5
Taste: citrus, spicy, wheat and oat like creaminess, complex phenols... Aftertaste is medium-dry with spicy twist. If the flavour would be just a little bit more crisper this would be perfect Saison for me! 13,75/15
DAYUMNNNNN, after years of searching these, I am not dissapointent! Maybe the best Saison I've ever had. Almost perfect, just a little bit more drier and crisper... But still, I'm pumped! 0,75 litre bottle of this all mine. No I'm gonna stop writing and watch some Walking dead. And enjoy this marvelous beer. Peace! 18,5/20
