While we had a nice French Saison yeast in house, we brewed this Wit in the Northwest style.  We started with some lighter pilsner and wheat malts and a nice dose of orange and lemon peels, plus some freshly ground coriander; this brew follows the tradition of a typical Wit beer. We then made it a little more Northwest by adding some hops to the fermenter to further complement the citrus and floral notes of the brew.  Easy drinking and very refreshing, enjoy when the sun is shining, or whenever
