We cleaned out the pumpkin patch on the farm to fill the mash tun for this beer! Using 80 lbs of earth oven roasted pumpkin flesh, we made a bright fall blonde ale with a fruity and floral sweetness and a light, grainy finish. With its subtle spice notes reminiscent of earthy ginger from the special belgian yeast alone, this blonde will have you throwing pumpkins at all rivals.
