Nothing lasts forever, nothing is for certain; this is the premise of the BelGene project. There are so many potential new combinations of organic malts, 14 varieties of hops we grow, and a bounty of yeasts from all around the world. This particular rendition is sharply bitter from our Magnum hops, with a resinous fruity linger of Mt Hood and Goldings hops used for dry hopping. The special yeast we used, originally from a Belgian farm brewery, lends bright juicy tropical and citrus notes. The base blend of pils and various toasted malts combine for a subtle but ample backbone to bring the flavor package together.
