Brewed for Sacramento Beer Week, this beer has a strong citrus nose from the use of Equinox hops, orange and lemon peel and Japanese yuzu juice. Sacramentale finishes clean and dry from the use of flaked rice, a staple grain grown in the Sacramento Valley.
