This is an experimental American-style black IPA. This black beauty of an IPA is made with Carafa 3 witch is a low bittering black barley. In this addition of our beta series we changed out the types of hops used. Now coupled with the Chinook and Centennial hops it is meant to deceive your eyes but not the pallet.
