The gnomes love Achouffe beers and the juicy cherries which grow in their magical land. Every year they gather and store them in the attics at the brewery. One day, after an abundant season, the floor gave way under the weight of the harvest, and some cherries fell into the Mc CHOUFFE brewing below. Impish as ever, the gnomes kept quiet about the incident. Surprised to discover a glowing, ruby-tinted beer with a fruity taste, the master brewer decided to bottle it up. Je m'y attendais un peu avant d'y goûter en voyant le sucre liquide inverti, le sirop de glucose et les arômes. Ça sent fortement la cerise, on est même sur de la cerise chimique façon bonbon krema et en bouche, c'est un pain de sucre qui trouve un semblant d'équilibre avec sa forte teneur en alcool.
J'ai rien contre la Chouffe mais celle ci n'est clairement pas pour moi même si sa robe rouge noirâtre et sa mousse généreuse peuvent mettre en appétit. Quand le sucre et le fruit chimique prend le dessus, ça passe moyennement chez moi mais je vais quand même la finir.

Toujours ma bière rouge préférée mais en plus maintenant je la bois dans un verre Sleep Token (merci Père Noël) donc elle est encore meilleure ❤️
