Un jaune/doré plutôt limpide, de la mousse qui disparaît aussitôt. En bouche, c’est sucrée, mielleux et un soupçon d’acidité. Ça goûte pas grand chose, les saveurs sont assez légère. On y retrouve un peu de miel et du citron. La finale est assez sec. Ça se boit très facilement et c’est rafraichissant.

My wife surprised me with this Honey Berliner Weisse yesterday! I think I’ve never had this type of beer before. Color is pale straw a bit hazy with no head. There’s many little bubbles in it and, when you poor it, you can see a white foamy head of one or two centimeters that vanished directly. Aroma are sour wheat and honey. Taste are pretty much the same. Is really like a mix of acidic wheat, florale notes and honey. It’s good but I’m not use to those taste. I have to say that I think I drunk it a bit to warm. The acidic sour notes were a bit more intense than what I read in other reviews. One other thing, the effervescence was pretty active the whole drink! It was a interesting brew! Cheers!

Biere tres clair au gout de miel

Légèrement acidulée. Faible en alcool. D'une douceur rafraîchissante pour les canicules d'été! Une note parfaite!!
