Transparent, pale amber beer. A snow-white moussy head surpasses one finger but shrinks fast to a thin exploding corona with upward-bending lacy bursts all throughout the ring. The fragrance doesn't impress me: impotent grainy malt but no hops at all. I hope the taste delivers better... malt, a grainy version of it, grassy hops, mild citrus pith, a drop of resin. Reasonable but doesn't really shoot up. The mouthfeel is light, zesty, pithy, a bit crisp and modestly dry. Easy, maybe a tad characterless.

Slowenien-Wochen 7/28: Als Zugabe gibt's die kleine Schwester des IPAs. Die Flaschenetiketten sind identisch, nur der Aufdruck variiert ("Pale Ale"). Die Nase zeigt sich nicht so intensiv fruchtig wie beim IPA. Hier bin ich bei Orange und Zitrone. Geschmacklich eindeutig bei Orange, etwas Pfirsich, etwas mehr Zitrone. Dazu malzig. Typisch amerikanisches Pale Ale, das angenehm herb ausklingt und mir besser gefällt als das IPA.

Sehr fruchtiges, mildes Pale Ale. Hohe Drinkibility bei sonnigem Sommerwetter.

Vähän ipamainen tuote. Ei mun mielestä oo oikein Golden kategorian edustaja, mutta mikäs minä olen sanomaan? Aika helposti juotavaa.
