This citrus heavy IPA is a showcase of Crystal and Cascade hops from local Clear Valley farm. The aroma is dominated by grapefruit, lemon and mango with a classic pine note. The beer pours burnt orange with subtle caramel malt flavour. The palate has a multitude of tropical fruits including passionfruit, blood orange, grapefruit and starfruit.
