An Anglo-French brew, made using Yorkshire grown malt and French grown hops. Wonderfully golden in appearance, this beer is beautifully smooth with a distinct caramel aftertaste. Triskel and Bouclier hops give a subtle hop palate of fruity-floral notes over herby undertones with a subtle twist of lemon and spice on the finish.
