Very Dry, possibly affected by the serving temperature.

Very refreshing, but leaves a strange flavour at the end

Yeah I haven’t really changed my mind on this beer. I guess I am not really a fan of Japanese beer. I think this time I am getting a bit more malty flavour from the beer with a slight hoppiness but the head retention is non existing and carbonation is a bit low for this style. Not a premium beer as they claim.

Pas besoin d'être un sapeur pour boire une Sapporo. Même si cette dernière peut éteindre des feux ou même des phó en terre asiatique. Une lager somme toute assez l'astique plus gouteuse que la consœur Tsingtao et plus alléchante que la Carlsberg souvent servie ici.
