A Belgian Tripel, with East Kent Goldings for the bittering hop additions and Czech Saaz for a late hop addition. Trinity uses the same Belgian yeast strain as the Celestial Blonde, but this beer ferments at a higher temperature to achieve a more spicy and estery flavor profile.
