The beer pours light copper with regular carbonation. The beer looks first fizzier than it actually is. Forms extremely weak, almost zero, foam that is off-white and of short to medium duration. The foam's texture is soapy. Nose has dried fruit, apricot and raisins as well as floral notes. Tastes caramel, apricot, yellow sultanas, birch sap and faint brown sugar. The body is light, maximum light-medium. Finishes with lemon peel and sugar of short duration. Mouthfeel is home-brewed meady, floral, meadowy, substantially flat and lame. The beer is also somewhat stuffy and unfresh. Not convincing.
