It is fizzy as soon as the bottle is opened. It pours almost yellow in colour, though the frothy head disappears quickly. Aroma is of sweet pears. Flavour is full of pears, sweet, with almost a hint of spice. Probably the best perry I have ever tasted.

This gold award winning champagne style perry is a little dry for my palate. A subtle pear flavour and refreshingly bubbly.
