What an amazing cider, perfect blend of apple flavour and sweetness. A well rounded pallet full of flavour. The perfect cider for an afternoon session.

Less over-the-top-sweet than the typical Australian cider. Still some ways to go relative to a good dry cider like Savannah Dry from South Africa.

This one was also taken straight from the bottle. Hence, no assessment of the appearance and head is provided here either. The nose is nice: light-sour farmhousey apple juice. Somewhat rustic. I also get a little bit of pear. The first sip drops the impression back to the ground: rather sweet apple juice with a welcome sourish twist. Pear is still present but significantly remote. The rustic farmhousey impression prevails fortunately. The cider finishes over medium duration. The mouthfeel is rustic, aromatic, medium-juicy, natural and Mediterranean. Tartness is modest.
