STYLE : Belgian Ale DDM : 28/05/2027 GOÛT :  Amer : 🟡🟡⚫⚫⚫              Sucré  : 🟡🟡🟡🟡⚫ Salé : ⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫                Acide : ⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫              Umami : ⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫ VISUELLE Une mousse blanche aux bulles fines et une persistance moyenne. Une robe blonde orangé légèrement voilée. OLFACTIVES Une odeur maltée, mielleuse avec une pointe de caramel. Des arômes de banane apportés par les levures. GUSTATIVE Une attaque en douceur sur le sucré où on y retrouve le malté, le miel, le caramel et la banane. Une effervescence fine pour un corps rond. La finale est toujours aussi douce et sucrée, moyennement longue. NOTE DE STYLE : 🤐 COMMENTAIRE Très agréable, peut être légèrement trop sucrée.
