Semihazy, yellow beer flows from tap to fill the glass. The head is pretty, two-fingers, off-white, fluffy and decorates the top for some time. Scent is very weak grapefruity.
The taste is mild, also in terms of hoppiness. Mild for an IPA but quite palatable for a Session IPA of 3.9 % ABV. Grapefruitiness is distinct and medium-strong but the somewhat thin body drives the mouthfeel a bit watery. Other elements of the palate include lemon peel and spruce resin.
Finishes with crisp grapefruit that lingers on tastebuds for quite a long time. Mouthfeel turns to light-crisp, light-dry and light. A fairly easy gateway to the tangy world of IPAs.
