Now, this was an interesting one. I bought it from a beer/wine shop in Ponta Delgado, Azores. The lady, who sold the beer told me that Korisca is the best brewery of the island. First, on nose - not what you'd expect...strong cheese, roquefortish! In the glass, murky, brown, almost greyish. The taste: not overly carbonated, balanced, hints of chocolate, stoutish charcoal, just perfect taste of sweetness. Very exciting and memorable beer.
