Cloudy, deep straw beer pours in the glass. Carbonation is standard but gives a rather sparkling impression. Forms mediocre, white, small-bubbled head that is extraordinarily short-lived and quickly totally still. Nose has powerful sour passionfruit, pineapple, lemon and sea-buckthorn. Wheaty and yeasty nuances are hefty. Zesty passionfruit and strong wheat malt feature on the palate, followed by green apple, lemon, grapefruit and a bit of yeast. Light body. Finishes with medium-sour, tropical fruity aftertaste that disappears relatively rapidly from mouth. Mouthfeel is light, juicy, very fresh and summery. This impression is likely created by the fact that the beer is also rather tropical and cidery. Mouthfeel is also a bit tart and easy.
