German style "Weissbier" with low hop bitterness, high carbonation and relatively malty sweetness. Specialized bavarian strains of yeast are giving the beer complex overtones of banana and clove. Combined with the mild and tasty Saphir hop it creates a very fresh and unique drinking experience.
