Bière blanche opaque et dorée. Dans le style bavaroise blanche avec un nez assez prononcé sur la banane . Bue avec une bonne "francesinha " au resto Marco de Alto do moinho. Bon combo !

Banana

A bit of evening snack grabbed from a local vendor. A beer to flush it down. Straight from the bottle, of course. Wheat malt, wheat bun and a tweak of banana in the air. Nothing to write home about. Nevertheless... when I take a gulp, it surprises me: wheat bun, banana, orange peel and apricot. Better than I expected. Feels light, soft, smooth, a tad effervescent and fairly classical. Does the job and more.
