Almost no head. Faint aroma, sweet malt. Dark brown color that is almost opaque but some light manages to get through. Sweet brown sugar malt, earthy roasted bark, and in the finish small notes of coconut. Leaves a bitter taste on the back of the tongue like you get from old coffee. Perhaps I've had this beer too long even though it's lived in the back of the refrigerator. I'll try to find another bottle and give it another chance because I don't seem to get the flavors that others do. I've got to rate according to this bottle which isn't great.

Punaruskea olut kaatuu lasiin parin sormen vahvuisella vaahdolla, joka kestää hyvin ja jättää hävitessään nätin pitsin. Tuoksussa maltaita, paahteisuutta ja kookosta. Maussa reilu kookos, joka kestää pitkään. Maltaita tai humalointia ei juurikaan huomaa. Mallasrunko on kevyt, eikä oikein tuo luonnetta oluelle. Kokonaisuutena vetinen kookoskyhäelmä. Ei jatkoon.

Das neue Koko Brown ist wie versprochen mahagonifarben und sprudelt leicht auf zu grobem Schaum. Es riecht malzig, schmeckt malzig, mitunter sehr süß. Die Kokosnote ist erkennbar, wenn man es weiß. Die Kontur fehlt jedoch und der Abgang ist schwach. Fazit: Durchaus gut, aber mehr leider nicht.

Easily the worst beer i ever had. It’s just ugly. Not my taste. Today i learned i don’t like coconut beer... if you like them in general you may like this one.
