A really nice aroma. A mixture of vanilla, sour raspberries, chocolate and coffee. The mouthfeel is quite oily and strong in sourness, but at the same time smooth with vanilla. The same balancing continues in the taste. The taste begins off really sour with lots of raspberries and citrus, turning into sweet chocolate inbetween and finishing off smooth with lots of vanilla, but with the sour raspberry in the background. A really interesting mix. Medium bodied, not too strong, but with almost the complete opposites, a really balanced stout. I've had raspberry infused stouts, but never one this sour and with this much of raspberries in the taste. Surprising, amazing. 4.25/5
