A small portion of Caramel and Vienna malts round out the grain bill and then its loaded with Simcoe, Amarillo, Centennial and Mosaic hops. There’s a subtle touch of malty sweetness but plenty of bright, aromatic notes of pine, grapefruit, lime and mango. It finishes crisp and clean with just a light bitterness.
