Heute ein Honigbier mit 5,4 % Alkohol. Zu stark für mich und leider nicht mein Geschmack.

Nice amber color in the glass, topped with well-formed two-finger foam that lasts a good while. Light malty aroma with a hint of sweetness for the nose. A bit of hops lingers around. The first sip is somewhat sweet, turning towards malts with a hint of hops and finally the honey pushes through. The after taste is more honey, but really not that sweet. Kind of like chewing s bit of bees wax with honey still in it. The light malts also linger in the background creating an enjoyable mix on the palates. Easy to enjoy, but complex at the same time. Nice combination. Luckily, a friend brought ne three bottles so I get to enjoy this beer more.
