One if my favourite beer styles is the saison and my favourite saison is Saison Dupont. While this comes close its not the best saison I've had. It has a nice mouthfeel and pilsner and wheat malt which is perfectly balanced. The Belgian yeast gives the classic pepper and slight fruity esters to round out the beer. Great but not the best.
