This is sharp, tart and bonkers. Sour Ale brewed with yuzu and aged in oak barrels - it's a one off as part of their experimental beer festival. Definitely makes both eyes squint and assaults your taste buds with a wave of pineapple and rum flavours. It's almost a beer cocktail. I suspect it will go down well with tonight's Keralan fish curry, but don't think it'll be a regular. Given it's short availability span that's probably an impossibility anyway. Out there.
